The Fund Manager aims to acquire a portfolio of quality assets that yields strong and stable returns with potential capital gains upside. The Portfolio will be positioned with the view to exit via a sale or divestment of the properties either individually or as a portfolio before the end of the Fund Term.
The Fund takes a two-tier approach in its acquisition strategy. Firstly, the Fund looks at the geographical allocation and diversification of the portfolio. One of the Fund’s primary objective is to acquire assets that are located in Russell Group Universities cities. Secondly, the micro location of the assets, such as proximity to Universities, transport, amenities etc, are studied in detail to ensure strong occupancy demand for each respective asset.
